Currently employed at a non-profit organization, Joan plays a pivotal role in capturing and effectively communicating customer requirements for web design projects, and delivering final products. Her involvement in eCommerce and online fundraising projects for organizations has led to a substantial increase in online product sales and digital fundraising.
