He is the Founder of Adapa Digital and an expert consultant in UI/UX design, website development, brand identity, and digital strategy.

As the Lead Organizer for WordCamp Nairobi 2025, Norman oversees the overall planning, strategy, and coordination of the event. He’s also the creative mind behind the 2025 website, logo, and brand identity, shaping the event’s visual direction and experience. Beyond WordCamp, he continues to serve as a co-organizer of the WordPress Nairobi Meetups, helping to grow and connect the Kenyan WordPress community.
