Joyce builds leadership capacity in individuals and organizations through coaching, speaking and training. She facilitates assessments and Leadership Game sessions, provides both one-on-one and group coaching, conducts training sessions, facilitates workshops and seminars and delivers keynote speeches.
Joyce is a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team and is the Lead Coach & Trainer of Primo Strategy Limited. She is the author of ‘Leadership Is A Marathon’.
